Meet the Team
All of our team hold Swim England and ASA teaching qualifications. Alongside the key teaching qualifications our team has got a whole host of skills including 2 Paramedics, a primary school SENCO, a first aid instructor, a secondary school teacher and 4 Royal Lifesaving Society lifesaving instructors. We hold the highest standard for our instructors and lessons, to ensure we achieve this we draw on one anothers skills and knowledge to maximise the support we can provide to all children.
Harry Waterworth
Harry has been teaching swimming for 14 years. Aslongside swimming teaching Harry has expertise in water safety and rescue. Outside of teaching Harry works full time as a Paramedic manager in the NHS.
Natalie Waterworth
Natalie has been teaching for 8 years across a range of ages and abilites, including parent and child lessons. When Natalie is not teaching she is a geography graduate with a passion for geophysical hazards.
Morgan Endacott
Morgan has been teaching swimming for 5 years and met the rest of the team working alongside us at Janes Swim School. Aside from teaching swimming Morgan has a keen interest in horses.
Tom Waterworth
Tom has 16 years of teaching experience in both swimming and lifesaving. As a full time Clinical Paramedic Manager within the NHS Tom also has a vast experience in delivering and assessing first aid courses.
Oliver Waterworth
Oliver has over 11 years of teaching experience and works with us alongside his work as a secondary school history teacher. Oliver's approach to teaching ensures everyone has fun through learning.
Laura Waterworth
Laura has been teaching swimming for 17 years and this led to her career as a primary school teacher. Laura is currently a primary school SENCO and helps to ensure our lessons are as inclusive as possible.
